By placing an order with Jassfloralss Floral Design, you agree to the following:
- Orders: All orders are subject to availability. Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are online, zelle or apple pay.
- Delivery: Delivery fees apply and are based on location. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- Refunds & Exchanges: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Images: Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from actual product.
- Liability: Jassfloralss is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products.
Substitutions
When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture shown. Please note that each design is uniquely handcrafted, so no two arrangements are exactly the same. Color substitutions of flowers may be necessary, and prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary. In all cases, we will maintain the overall style, theme, and value of your selected arrangement. For last-minute orders, some flowers or keepsake items may be unavailable. When substitutions are needed, we will choose items of equal or more value (at our discretion) that maintain the overall style, color scheme, and design of your arrangement.
