Fresh Flowers:

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you are unhappy with your order for any of the following reasons, we will be happy to work with you to find a resolution:

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive flowers that do not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace the incorrect items at no additional cost.
  • Damaged Flowers: If your flowers arrive damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will offer you a:
    • Full refund for the damaged portion of your order.
    • Replacement for the damaged portion of your order (depending on availability).
    • Discount on your next order.

 

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange any unopened and unused floral supplies for a different item, subject to availability.

 

What We Cannot Refund:

  • Fresh flowers that are not damaged or incorrect.
  • Opened or used floral supplies.
  • Special order items.

How to Request a Subsistuation: To request a exchange, please contact us within the timeframe 1 week before your order. You can reach us by phone at 706-879-8316 or by email at  jassfloralss@gmail.com Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and any photos (if applicable) in your communication. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
